We offer free Standard shipping on all orders. We also offer expedite and priority shipping for those who needs it faster starting. Free expedite shipping for those who spend over $250

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to work on the order as we have high volume of orders. After that you will receive a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number then the shipping timeframe will begin. It does not count during the "Processing Days". Seeing it says "Pre Transit" or stuck for a while is totally normal and a part of the process. This happens to everyone, so please do not worry! Is there any delivery guarantees?

Yes. If 60 days have gone by with no updates from the provided tracking, please email us info@shophoopislife.com with your order number. We will send out a replacement of your original order + a free item or a full refund of your purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered the correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

As soon as you place your order, we immediately process it in our inventory so unfortunately, you cannot cancel placed orders.
